Ahmarra have recently supplied bespoke panel doors for a stunning £25 million Surrey mansion.
Woodrow is set in four acres of landscaped gardens and woodland in prime Surrey countryside, and leading luxury property developer, Hencan chose tailor made panel doors from Ahmarra’s Artisan range for this magnificent property.
‘We worked very closely with Hencan to ensure that the design and finish of the internal doors exactly matched the customer’s requirements as well as meeting the required fire and building regulations’ said Sam Doran, Ahmarra’s Sales Director. ‘We provided a full project management service from start to finish from providing initial site surveys and samples through to advising on final site installation and we are very proud to be part of such a prestigious project’ .
The classic Blenheim two panel door design was selected and given a contemporary look by finishing the FSC certified veneered oak doors in a specially developed wood stain to suit the customer’s specific requirements. The door achieved a severe duty rating as well as offering FD30 fire resistance.
Newly built, Woodrow is arranged over four floors and boasts top-of-the-range specifications from the grand reception hall to the expansive master bedroom suite spanning the width of the house. Features include an elegant dining room, large wine cellar, swimming pool, spa, sauna, games room and a 14-seat cinema and six car garage. This magnificent home also has seven additional bedroom suites, a 9,800 sq ft basement complex and two staff apartments. The house is currently on the market for over £25 million.
In addition to Woodrow, Hencan have a wide portfolio of bespoke, luxury developments which have been built on some of the most prestigious and outstanding sites in southern England.
Proud to fly the flag for British craftsmanship, Ahmarra’s doors have graced some of the UK’s finest interiors, from private homes to luxury hotels and commercial buildings offering the very best quality in terms of design and materials.
