New customers of Windhager can now benefit from an extended warranty on their biomass boiler systems. The company has introduced a new seven year warranty for all installations completed from 1st April 2015.
To receive the seven year warranty, customers must register their boilers using Windhager’s new online registration service. This can be found under the website’s new customer support section where additional product and maintenance information is also available. The boilers must also have been commissioned by Windhager or a Windhager trained engineer following the installation to receive the seven year warranty.
Oliver Duckworth, Managing Director of Windhager UK commented: “Biomass heating systems have been growing in popularity for many years and purchases of our boilers have accelerated to match. We felt that it was important to increase the warranty based on our experience of the reliability of our boilers.”
Windhager has made many changes to its company website to improve the services for all users with a new, comprehensive support section where it is now easier to register a boiler, book a service, request a boiler commissioning and access any technical information. Upon the delivery of their new boiler, customers will also receive a care package including boiler service book with further support and assistance available to request online.
With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, Windhager is committed to providing first class service which is reflected in the high quality design of its products right through to the comprehensive technical assistance and customer support for the end user. By enhancing its customer support online, Windhager hopes that its customers will have a better understanding of the day-to-day operation and maintenance of their biomass boiler and can feel confident that further assistance is available.
Customers of Windhager boilers are offered a service contract with a long-term commitment to guarantee that each system operates with optimum efficiency and continues to meet the individual requirements of each customer. Windhager ensures that stocks of spare parts are always available for the lifetime of the boiler.
Windhager invests much time in providing technical training on all products, installation and servicing for installers to ensure that each customer receives the best possible service both with the installation and aftercare. Since launching free Windhager product training over eight years ago, the company has trained over 2000 installers across the UK to sell, install, service and commission their biomass boilers.
To continue their commitment in providing quality service, the Windhager Installer Network (WIN) was launched, which offers exclusive incentives and support to all registered installers, including extensive technical information, regular bulletins, fault codes and promotional marketing material. In joining the WIN scheme, installers are offered unrivalled support to help them develop new business. Members will also be featured on Windhager’s new ‘Search for an Installer’ tool on the company website which will allow customers to request a list of approved installers in their area.
