Thermal Economics has committed significant time and effort into developing its mobile specific site for building, trade and labourer customers installing any of its Thermal or Acoustic products whilst out on site.
Whist the existing website provides extensive information on products and services, Thermal Economics identified that customers needed quick and easy access to installation guides when fitting the products on site. A mobile site dedicated to the installation of products, designed specifically to be viewed on mobile devices was seen as the best way to service this requirement.
The step-by-step guides provide clear and simple illustrations to install the products as well as highlighting any points that should be considered before or after installation. These guides can be used by experienced trade people as a reminder if they haven’t installed a certain product in a while or by apprentices with less experience and knowledge. Ultimately, ensuring that each and every product is installed correctly to meet building standards and all of its compliance requirements.
